Form your teams and showcase camaraderie, sportsmanship, and skill on the court. Only complete submissions will be accommodated and considered for the League. No reservation of teams is allowed.

Team Submission Format:
1️⃣ Zone or Name of Team
2️⃣ List of Players
3️⃣ Official Coach
4️⃣ Jersey Numbers
5️⃣ Requirements (presentable)
6️⃣ Contact number of Team Captain or Coach

Note: Only 1 team per zone is allowed, except for Seniors Basketball.
