Attention AKAP beneficiaries! The pay-out for the AKAP Assessment will be held on October 20, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN at Hoopsdome, Lapu-Lapu City.
Requirements to bring:
- Certificate of Attestation – signed by the Barangay Captain (1 original + 1 photocopy)
- National ID – paper or digital (2 photocopies)
- Ballpen – for filling out forms
- Attire: Please wear a white T-shirt or something white during the pay-out.
Reminder: Please secure your certification from the Barangay Hall ahead of time (available until Friday) and make sure it includes the work completed under your name.
